How does it compare to a DEXA scan?
DEXA scans are the gold standard — but they require a clinic visit and cost up to $400 each. Orvi tracks whether your fat is going down and your muscle is holding every single morning, at home. You don't need DEXA precision to catch a dangerous trend. You need consistency.
How is it different to regular smart scales?
Standard scales measure foot-to-foot only, then estimate your arms and trunk using a formula. Orvi's 8-electrode system with a handheld bar measures each arm, each leg, and your trunk separately — the same architecture used in InBody clinical monitors. The app then contextualises your readings.
Will it work with my Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound?
Orvi is the only body composition scale designed around the specific physiology of people on GLP-1 medications — including the hydration shifts and rapid lean mass changes that make generic scale readings unreliable during medicated weight loss. It works with all GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound.
Do I need to pay for the app?
The Orvi Scale connects to the Unique Health app — our trusted partner for free, clean body composition tracking. The Orvi app is in development, and will be available soon with advanced GLP-1 features.
What's your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us at orvi@pureyco.com, and we'll make it right.
I already have a Withings / RENPHO / Garmin. Why would I switch?
Generic smart scales use population averages built from general fitness users — not people actively losing weight on GLP-1 medications. They have no understanding of your medication, your physiology, or the specific risks you face. Orvi's app is built around the clinical data for GLP-1 body composition changes. Your current scale shows you numbers. Orvi tells you more.
