Refund policy

Every Orvi product carries a guarantee.

If something isn't for you, email us at hello@getorvi.com within its guarantee. Include your order number and tell us what didn't work for you, so we can make Orvi better, and we'll organize a refund.

How long you have

The Orvi Protect & Grow System: 100-day guarantee.

The Orvi Protect System, the Orvi Grow System, Orvi Meals, Orvi Meals Core and the Orvi Measure Refill: 60-day guarantee.

The Orvi Body Scan bought on its own: 60-day guarantee.

The Orvi Body Scan added to a system at checkout: the same guarantee as that system.

Anything you buy from one of our emails: 60-day guarantee.

When it starts

For files, on the day you order, because that's the day they arrive. For the Orvi Body Scan, on the day it's delivered.

Your files

Your files are yours to keep, whether or not you take a refund.

If you'd like a refund on the Orvi Body Scan, email us within its guarantee and we'll walk you through the next steps.

One-time add-ons

Right after checkout, you may see a one-time offer page. Anything added there is final sale and can't be refunded, including if the rest of your order is. The offer page says so before you accept.

How the refund is paid

To your original payment method, once we've processed it. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

Your Orvi Body Scan's warranty

The scale carries a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover accidental damage, the battery, or normal wear. If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and a short description, and we'll take it from there.

If your scale arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive

Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out with you.

Orders placed before October 18, 2026

These keep the terms they were sold under.
