If you're not completely satisfied within 60 days of purchase, get in touch with your order number and we'll take care of it promptly.

After 60 days, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
Lifetime Product Warranty
Every Orvi Body Scan is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failure.
If your scale stops working as it should, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. No return required.
To make a warranty claim, email us at orvi@pureyco.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A short video or photo clearly showing the fault
We review all warranty claims within 5 business days. If your claim is approved, a replacement unit will be dispatched at no cost to you.
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunction under normal use. It does not cover physical damage caused by dropping, water submersion, or misuse.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately.
