What's inside.

The Power Window page from the Power chapter

01

Power

Your protein floor, your build target, and your Power Window

  • 2 numbers from your goal weight: a protein floor you hit every day, whatever the day, and a build target above it for the days you can eat a little more.
  • The Power Window: the part of your week when food’s easiest to get down, energy’s most reliable and harder training is manageable. Your biggest meals and your heaviest sessions go there.
  • Hold your protein floor outside the window. Push toward the build target inside it.
  • Eat near maintenance: you're recovering, not trying to lose more.
  • How to eat this way without meat, or without dairy.
The progression rule: exactly when to add more

02

Grow

4 gym sessions a week

  • A page for your first time in a gym: what to ask at the desk, where you'll be, and how to start.
  • 2 upper-body and 2 lower-body sessions a week, about 45 minutes each. Machines do most of the work.
  • A progression rule that tells you exactly when to up the intensity.
  • A 20-minute session for harder days, and a lighter week 12 that ends in a retest.
The Four-Week Review page from the Measure chapter

03

Measure

Smaller is easy to see. Stronger needs a record.

  • 3 progress signals, read in the same order every time.
  • A Power Window map, scored for 2 weeks, so you can plan your weeks.
  • The Four-Week Reviews read your lifts and your signals together and end in one decision: hold, adjust one thing, or call your clinical team.
  • The Clinician Summary puts your block on one page for the person who prescribes your medication.
  • If your weight barely moved and your lifts improved, that's a good block, whatever the scale says.
The Drift Band page from Stepping down

04

Stepping down

For the day a dose decision arrives

  • What to do when the appetite returns.
  • Why regain happens, and why it isn't willpower.
  • The Satiety Stack: 6 levers that each do a piece of what the medication did.
  • The Drift Band: a weight range you're allowed to move in, set from your baseline. Inside it is normal. Past it, you already know what to do.
  • The 14-Day Reset, written now, so you never have to design it in a bad week.
  • It never sets or alters a dose. That's your prescriber's decision.
  • On a maintenance dose you may never need it.

The Measure chapter is written for any 8-electrode scale. The Orvi Body Scan is the recommended instrument, but it's not mandatory.

You got there. Here's the part nobody set you up for.

  • After months of eating less, this system finally asks you to eat more, on purpose, with purpose: to keep what you worked so hard for.
  • Some regain is normal, and it isn't because of willpower.

  • Nobody plans for building muscle back on maintenance, or afterward. This file does.

Are you ready to build?

A readiness check, not a test.

  • My weight loss has slowed, or I am near maintenance.
  • I reach my protein target most days of the week.
  • I complete most of my planned sessions.
  • My symptoms are manageable most weeks.
  • I have gym access, and I am willing to use it.
  • My dose has been stable for at least a month.

Most of these true, and you start. If not, you hold, and come back in 4 to 8 weeks. Holding is a good answer, not a failed one.

Built on the research.

Every recommendation is labeled in the margin by the strength of the evidence behind it, with numbered sources at the back.

  • Direct GLP-1 evidence

Studied directly in people taking these medications

  • Clinical consensus

Recommended by a multi-society advisory for people on these medications, not yet confirmed by direct trials

  • Broader evidence

From wider nutrition, exercise or measurement research

  • Practical strategy

Sensible and field-tested, not a clinical claim

The file doesn't set, alter or recommend a dose of any medication. Those decisions belong to your prescriber.

Questions.

1 file, 71 pages, on your confirmation page. Instant delivery to your inbox. Start with the readiness check and the 2-minute safety check, then set your baseline over 3 mornings.

It's written for you. Machines do most of the work, you never need a barbell, and there's a page for your first time in the room: what to ask at the desk, where you'll be, and how to start light.

No. If you're starting here, you set your floor first, in Power, then run the readiness check and the safety check. If you finished the Protect System, your floor carries over unchanged.

The file opens with a readiness check, not a test. If you're ready, you start. If you're not, you keep your protein floor and check again in 4 to 8 weeks. Any change to your medication is your prescriber's decision.

No. The Measure chapter works with any 8-electrode scale, a tape measure and a sit-to-stand test. The Orvi Body Scan is the recommended instrument, and you can add it above.

Stepping down is written for the day a dose decision arrives. It never sets or alters a dose; that's your prescriber's decision. It's what you do around whatever schedule you're given.

Run the 2-minute safety check before your first session, even if you ran it for the Protect System: this file adds gym equipment and heavier work. Speak with your clinician first if you have a heart condition, chest pain or uncontrolled blood pressure; dizziness or fainting; a bone, joint or back problem that exercise affects; take insulin, a sulfonylurea or blood-pressure medication; have had surgery in the last 3 months; are pregnant or trying to conceive; have osteoporosis or low bone density; have neuropathy, retinopathy or reduced balance; have kidney or liver disease or a history of bariatric surgery; or have a hernia or a pelvic-floor problem.

Run it again with your new loads, or settle into maintenance: 3 sessions a week, the same movements and the same progression rule. When the rows run out, the Orvi Measure Refill carries your record into the next block.

The Grow System comes with a 60-day guarantee. If it isn't for you, email hello@getorvi.com and we'll organize a refund, and you keep the file either way. If you added the Scan, the 60 days run from the day it arrives.

Nobody is watching the muscle.

Not the trial. Not the clinic.

Not the scale in your bathroom.

This file is how you watch it yourself.
