The Orvi Protect System, Grow System, Protect & Grow System, Measure Refill, Orvi Meals and Orvi Meals Core are delivered instantly. Your download links appear on the order confirmation page and arrive by email within minutes. Nothing ships. If the email hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to hello@getorvi.com.

The Orvi Body Scan

• Where we ship: addresses in all 50 US states. PO boxes work when the full PO box address is entered correctly at checkout.
• Cost: free.
• Delivery: 7 to 14 days from your order.
• Packaging: an unbranded box.
• Tracking: we email you a YunExpress tracking link when your scan ships.
• Address changes: email us as soon as possible. Once your scan has shipped, we can't change the address.
• Lost, faulty or damaged: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your scan arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@getorvi.com with your order number (and a photo of any damage), and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
• Duties: US orders carry no extra charges on delivery.
• Warranty: 2 years on manufacturing defects. Damage, the battery and normal wear aren't covered.
